Love me some good, fun weddings like this one! It was such a joy to shoot this wedding for Whitney & John in Paducah Kentucky. This was a first for me and Paducah, and hopefully, not the last. Seriously, this town is full of fun places to shoot and the reception, held at the Carson Center by the river was top notch!

What’s funny about this is that the church coordinator would only move her hand ever so slightly to tell you when to go. You had to pay close attention or you’d miss it.

Thought I’d share a couple from a recent session!

I’m feeling pretty blessed lately to have had the opportunity to work with some really great people… like Alli & Matt for instance. Friendliness and kindness embodies them. Let me just tell you – these two truly love each other. And it was so evident to me as I was preparing these photos for the blog and remembering several special moments throughout their wedding day. Gosh, I absolutely loved shooting this wedding! Of course the wedding and reception being held at one of my favorite places to shoot, the incredibly beautiful Locust Grove, certainly did add its own flare and excitement.
