Jennifer & Nick couldn’t have picked a more beautiful day for a wedding at Gingerwoods. Relaxed portraits, beautiful landscapes and really big horses. :)

Stefanie & Bryce celebrated their wedding at 2nd Presbyterian Church and reception at The Henry Clay. I think I’ve shot The Henry Clay 6-7 times in the past 2 months. Seriously! Love that place. :)

I shot a fun session last night at Bowman Field with a 1950s Cessna and super sweet couple. A little teaser from the evening:

It’s time for a wedding blog post! Blog meet Sarah & Rob: special Chicago friends who found me through Jennifer & Nate and Bonner & Joe – both of which used me to shoot their wedding.

Sarah & Rob had a beautiful wedding at Gardencourt, despite the unexpected – a torrential downpour right in the middle of their outdoor ceremony. Right as the bride was walking down the aisle, the rain came down. It was a little moment of chaos but it sure created some neat memories! :) 20-30 minutes later, the rain went away and the sun came out just in time to finish their ceremony.
